An alarm company tells you something has happened. Residential security is people on the property who notice things before they happen: the car that has parked across the street three evenings running, the delivery nobody ordered, the gate left open.
When families bring in residential security
Usually after something: a public moment that made the address easier to find, a stalker, a divorce, a threat against a business, a move to a new city. Sometimes before: a new home that is more visible than the last, or a household that has simply grown enough to need it.
What is covered
- On-site agents for set hours, overnight, or while the family is traveling
- Arrivals and departures, including school runs and activities
- Visitors, contractors, and deliveries at the gate
- A security review of the home: entrances, lighting, sight lines, and routines
- Coordination with the alarm company, household staff, and neighbors' security where there is any
Living with it
Residential security fails when a family starts working around it. We agree the house rules with you: where agents are, which parts of the house are private, how staff and guests are introduced, and how children are spoken to. The best result is a household that forgets the detail is there until they need it.
Across Middle Tennessee
Much of this work is in Belle Meade, Forest Hills, Green Hills, Brentwood, Franklin, and the farms around Leiper's Fork and College Grove, where properties are large, set back, and hard to see from the road. Each has its own gates, neighborhood patrols, and police, and we plan around them.

Not usually. Agents work shifts and are relieved, so whoever is on duty is alert. Longer engagements can include accommodation on the property if the family prefers.
Yes. An empty, well-known house is a target, and an on-site presence while the family travels is one of the most common requests.
We review what is there and recommend changes, and we work with your security systems company to carry them out. We are not an alarm installer.
Yes. School runs are usually handled by a security driver with a set route and alternates, agreed with the school in advance.
